In any situation in which Lower Macungie Township
seeks to assess or impose attorney's fees in connection with the collection
of a delinquent account and the filing and prosecution of a municipal
claim and lien, the Township shall first comply with the procedures
set forth in § 3(a)(2) of the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien
Law, Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, No. 153, as amended, 53 P.S. § 7106(a)(2).

The Township Solicitor is hereby authorized
and directed to include a claim for attorney's fees in all municipal
claims and liens filed on behalf of Lower Macungie Township under
the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207,
No. 153, as amended, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq., to the extent
permitted by law.

The official Township schedule of attorney's
fees within the meaning of § 3(a)(1) of the Municipal Claim
and Tax Lien Law, 53 P.S. § 7103(a)(1), is as follows: $184
for each hour of legal time expended in the collection of a claim,
whether before or after the filing of a municipal claim, in connection
with the filing of a municipal, in prosecuting a municipal claim to
final judgment, in connection with the execution upon a judgment,
or otherwise.
