[R.O. 1994 §410.080; Ord. No. 185 §1, 12-2-1996]
Before preparing and submitting the preliminary plat to the
Planning and Zoning Commission, the subdivider or his/her engineer
or surveyor may consult with the Administrative Officer or such other
designated representative of the Planning and Zoning Commission, while
the plat is in sketch form, to ascertain the location of streets,
parks, playgrounds, school sites, and other community facilities or
planned developments and to acquaint himself/herself with the Commission's
requirements. The purpose of the preapplication review is to afford
the subdivider an opportunity to avail himself/herself of the advice
and assistance of the Administrative Officer or other representative
of the Planning Commission in order to facilitate the subsequent preparation
and approval of plans.
