An adequate and safe sewerage system shall be provided in all parks
for conveying and disposing of sewage from mobile homes, service buildings,
and other accessory facilities. Where a public sewerage system of
adequate capacity is available, connection shall be made thereto and
it shall be used exclusively.
2.
Where a satisfactory public sewerage system is not available, a private
system shall be provided which has been approved by the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Resources.
