The Low-Density Residential (LDR) District has been created
to accommodate housing types which typify the rural residential character
of the Township. These areas are not currently provided with public
sewer or water service requiring the use of on-site or community systems.
The LDR District has been located along collector roads so as to provide
convenient access to the arterial road network, as established in
the Franklin Township Comprehensive Plan.
