[Ord. 95-07, 12/14/1995, § 1000]
The Limited Industrial District is designed to accommodate a variety of uses which may not be able to compete with more intensive uses in the Commercial District due to the need for a significant amount of land area. Commercial operations which sell bulky items will be placed in this district as well as uses which require the dismantling or assembly of products or equipment. The LI District has been located to provide direct access to an arterial road. The district is designed to reduce the impact of industrial related traffic and activities on community services and facilities as well as residential neighborhoods.
