The following officers shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Common Council for the terms indicated:

Public Works Commission: four years for citizen members.
B.
Library Board: three years.
C.
Police and Fire Commission: five years
D.
Airport Commission: six years.
E.
City Plan Commission: three years.
F.
Zoning Board of Appeals: three years.
G.
Board of Review: three years.
H.
Park, Recreation and Forestry Commission: three years.
I.
Licensing Board: one year.
J.
Weed Commissioner: indefinite.

Transit Commission: four years.
L.
Assistant City Attorney (part-time): indefinite.
M.
Cable TV Regulatory Board: three years.
N.
Historic Preservation Commission: three years.
O.
Ethics Board: three years.
P.
Administrative Review Commission: five years.
Q.
Redevelopment Authority: terms shall be fixed consistent with and pursuant to § 24-20K.

Economic Revolving Loan Committee: indefinite.
S.
Board of Health: three years.
T.
Health Officer: indefinite.
U.
Tourism Commission: two- or three-year initial term [per designation of Mayor at time of appointment; thereafter, three years (one-year term for Aldermanic member)].
