This Part shall be known and may be cited as the "Standard Public
Improvement Specifications."

The following standard construction and material specifications
shall apply to the public improvements covered by such standards specifications
as provided therein: "Standard Construction and Material Specifications
for Public Improvements for East Coventry Township," ("Standard Public
Improvement Specifications"), last revised June 1, 2011, number ARRO
#5222.35, and prepared by ARRO Consulting, Inc. A full and complete
copy of the Standard Public Improvement Specifications is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit 21-3-A.

The Standard Public Improvement Specifications provided under § 21-302 shall not be exclusive, but shall be in supplement to other provisions of this chapter and/or provisions of other Township ordinances, rules and regulations, which apply to public improvements covered by such standard specifications, to the extent that such other provisions of this Part and/or provisions of other Township ordinances, rules and regulations are not inconsistent with such standard specifications.

In the event of an inconsistency between (A) provisions of the standard
public improvement specifications, and (B) other provisions of this
Part and/or provisions of other Township ordinances, rules and regulations
(other than those provisions specifically providing for the construction,
installation or other completion of public improvements in a designated
floodplain district), the standard public improvement specifications
shall govern.

In the event of an inconsistency between (A) provisions of the standard
public improvement specifications, and (B) other provisions of this
Part and/or provisions of other Township ordinances, rules and regulations
that specifically provide for the construction, installation or other
completion of public improvements in a designated floodplain district,
the most restrictive provisions shall govern.

The standard public improvement specifications may be amended
from time to time by ordinance or resolution duly adopted by the East
Coventry Township Board of Supervisors.
