[Ord. 689, 3/23/2016]
Every grading permit shall automatically expire if the authorized
work is not commenced within 90 days, or is not completed within two
years, from the date of permit issuance. If the permit holder presents
satisfactory evidence in writing that unusual difficulties have prevented
the work from being started or completed within the specified time
limits, the administrator may grant a reasonable extension of time,
provided that the application for the extension of time is made before
the date of expiration of the permit.
[Ord. 689, 3/23/2016]
Upon completion of the grading, the permittee shall provide
as-built plans, sealed by the permittee's engineer of record,
to the administrator in both hard copy and digital (PDF) format.
