Borough of Kittanning, PA Article VI Sledding on Sidewalks and Streets

§ 481-27 Sidewalk prohibition; street restriction; violations and penalties.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to coast or ride upon any sled or similar conveyance upon any sidewalk in the Borough of Kittanning, or upon any street or alley in the Borough, unless that street or alley is at the time closed to vehicular traffic, as provided in § 524-5 of Article I of Chapter 524, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the Borough of Kittanning.

B. Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $10 and costs of prosecution.
