No person shall cut any curb anywhere in the Borough of Kittanning,
for the purpose of constructing, changing or altering a driveway,
without first obtaining a permit from the Borough Codes Enforcement
Officer for a fee, which shall be for the use of the Borough, the
amount of which shall from time to time be established by resolution
of Kittanning Borough Council. The application shall be accompanied
by a plan for the work, which shall show that the proposed work will
not conflict with any ordinance of the Borough.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600
and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of fine and costs,
to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
