No person shall engage in hunting within the limits of the Township
of Washington, in the County of Bergen, nor shall any such person
fire, discharge or utilize or cause to be fired, discharged or utilized
any weapon within the limits of the Township of Washington, in the
County of Bergen, except in such area and under such conditions as
are approved in advance by the Chief of Police. For the purposes of
this chapter, the term "weapon" shall have the same definition as
prescribed by N.J.S.A. 2C:39-1r, as may be modified and amended.
