Ballplaying, including the throwing, kicking or knocking of any kind of ball, snowballing, and the throwing of any stone or other missile of any kind upon or onto any public street or alley in the Borough of Kittanning is hereby prohibited. Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
