It shall be unlawful within North Lebanon Township for any person
or persons to own, possess, harbor or control any animal which engages
in conduct constituting a nuisance. Nuisance shall be defined as any
act engaged in by an animal digging into flower beds, lawns, children's
sandboxes, gardens, or the dispensing of feces or urine and/or otherwise
damaging shrubbery, trees or lawns, on premises or property not belonging
to the person owning, possessing, harboring or controlling the animal.

Any person who violates or permits a violation of this provision
of the Code of Ordinances of North Lebanon Township shall, upon conviction
thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more
than $600, and/or to be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 90 days.
A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in
which the violation is found to exist.
