It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to operate or
to permit the operation of any ATV, dirt bike, or similar type of
motor vehicle within any area of North Lebanon Township which is zoned
as a Residential District (R1 and R2).

Any person who violates or permits a violation of this provision
of the Code of Ordinances of North Lebanon Township shall, upon conviction
thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more
than $600, and/or to be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 90 days.
A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in
which the violation is found to exist.
