A lot area, lot width, lot coverage, yard depths, -and building height satisfying the requirements of the following table, unless otherwise specified heretofore in §
27-502, shall be provided for every dwelling unit and/or principal nonresidential building or use hereafter erected, altered, or established in this district.
BUILDING HEIGHTNo building or other structure shall exceed the smaller of 2 1/2 stories or 35 in height unless specifically exempted in Part
12 or approved as a Special Exception by the Zoning Hearing Board.

Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 2-1995, which added these requirements, provided that for municipal buildings and community facilities the requirement for one side yard shall be 20 feet and the total side yard requirement shall be 40 feet. |
