After the sewer system hereby established shall have been constructed
in whole or in part, it shall be unlawful to place, throw or deposit
any offal, garbage or obstructions of any kind in any sewer, pipe
or inlet to the same, and any person violating the provisions hereof,
upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial
District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary
offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and,
in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.

Any person injuring, breaking or removing any portion of the
sewer, pipe or inlet or other property belonging to the sewer system,
or obstructing the mouth of any sewer connection with the sewer or
interfering with the work of construction of such sewer system, or
injuring any of the material during construction or after completion,
upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial
District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary
offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and,
in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
