a. The Extraction District is established to permit extraction of and,
gravel, shale, clay, stone or similar operations in including borrow
pits in a safe and nondeleterious manner. The rehabilitation of land
during the extractive operation and at the time operations are ended
will be required.
b. Within the Extraction District a building may be erected, altered
or used, and a lot or premises may be used when in conformance with
the conditions of this chapter and the specific use, area and design
regulations of this district.

a. Unless a maximum height regulation is §
27-304, "Use Regulations," for a specific use, no use in the Extraction District shall exceed 35 feet in height. For exceptions, refer to Use 18.
b. Unless a greater area or dimensional regulation is stated in §
27-304, "Use Regulations," for a specific use, all uses in the Extraction District shall meet the following requirements.
