1.
Each duly elected or appointed Supervisor of Charlestown Township
who takes office on or after January 1, 1986, shall receive compensation
in an amount not to exceed $1,500 per year, as authorized by the Compensation
Law.[1] Compensation shall be paid in such monthly, quarterly,
or other installments as may be approved by the Board of Supervisors
from time to time.

Supervisors whose term of office began prior to December 1, 1986,
are not affected by this Part.
