A. 
A person picked up on a warrant by or on behalf of the Price County Sheriff's Department shall be charged a warrant fee as referenced in Chapter 290.
B. 
A person picked up on a warrant shall also be charged a transportation fee for the round trip in picking up the person and delivering them to the Price County Jail. The transportation fee shall be the standard IRS mileage rate.
