A lot, land, or structure, or part thereof, used primary
for the collecting, storage, and sale of waste paper, rags, scrap
metal, or discarded material or for the collecting, dismantling, storage,
and salvaging of machinery or vehicles not in running condition, and
for the sale of parts thereof.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
accumulate or to permit to accumulate any junk, waste material, scrap
metal, rags, paper or any other matter of such nature whatsoever on
private or public land in the Township of West Lebanon, and any such
act is hereby declared a public nuisance.

The establishment, maintenance or conduct of any junkyard within
the limits of the Township of West Lebanon is hereby declared to be
a public nuisance and liable to be abated as provided by law.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
