Trees and shrubbery overhanging the public sidewalks and streets
of West Lebanon Township at a height of less than 14 feet are hereby
declared to be a public nuisance.

The proper municipal authorities and employees are hereby empowered
to notify any and all property owners whose trees and shrubbery violate
the provisions of this Part to remove the offending limbs and vegetation
within 10 days of the said notification.

Upon the offending property owner's failing to obey the
notice, he shall be charged before the proper magisterial district
judge with maintenance of a public nuisance and upon being found guilty,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
