Editor's Note: At the Annual Town Meeting on 5-1-2002 under Art. 16 it was voted: "that the Town adopt, as printed, the revised version, dated April 17, 2002, of the Whately Zoning Bylaws, Chapter 171 of the Code of Town of Whately, said version to supersede all previous versions." Amendments were adopted 4-25-2006, 4-24-2007, 4-27-2010, 10-27-2011, 5-9-2013, 2-11-2014 and 4-29-2014.
