The Board of Commissioners of West Lebanon Township is hereby authorized hereunder to establish by resolution the Rules and Regulations for the operation of the compost facility and is further authorized hereunder to make such amendments and changes to the Rules and Regulations as the Board of Commissioners deems necessary.

The Board of Commissioners of West Lebanon Township does hereby adopt the Rules and Regulations for the operation of the compost facility of West Lebanon Township as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.[1]

The Board of Commissioners does hereby adopt the application form for residential permit and for commercial permit as is more specifically set forth in Exhibit B.[1]
