The following probationary or elimination periods shall be established
for the Borough employees prior to their being able to participate
in the various plans as hereinbelow set forth:

All regular full-time Borough employees and police officers must be full-time employees for said elimination or probationary period in order to be eligible to enroll for the benefits provided in the various plans as set forth in § 1-541, hereof.

The various plans and the policy or policies of insurance shall
be amended by the insurance carrier to include the provisions of this
Part.

The insurance carrier shall bill the Borough for the premiums
of insurance on a monthly basis.
