No person shall possess, carry, use or discharge any archery
equipment or firearms of any nature, including air guns, in any Borough
park.

1. Domesticated animals, including, but not limited to, dogs and cats,
whether leashed or not, shall not be permitted in any Borough park,
unless otherwise provided for in this section.
2. Leashed dogs are permitted in Firemen's Park, subject to the following
regulations:
A. All dogs in Firemen's Park must be accompanied by and under the continuous
control of an owner or handler at all times. It shall be unlawful
for any owner or custodian of any dog to permit such dog to pose a
danger to other persons or animals in Firemen's Park.
B. All owners and handlers must have in their possession at all times
a leash for each dog under their control. All dogs must be restrained
on a leash not exceeding six feet in length in all areas of Firemen's
Park.
C. Each owner or handler shall be limited to a maximum of three dogs
in Firemen's Park at one time.
D. All owners and handlers shall promptly remove and dispose of, in
a sanitary manner, all excrement deposited by any dog under their
control. Any such disposal in Firemen's Park shall be limited to proper
receptacles.
E. Owners and handlers of dogs must immediately report all dog bites
to the Aspinwall Police Department.
F. Owners and handlers of dogs must stop any dog attempting to dig within
Firemen's Park. Any holes must immediately be filled by the owner
or handler, and the Borough office must be immediately notified.
G. No rawhide, treats, or pet food shall be permitted in Firemen's Park.
H. No dog grooming activities are permitted in Firemen's Park.
I. Dogs that become aggressive or uncontrollable must be immediately
removed from Firemen's Park.
J. The provisions of this section shall not apply if such provisions
interfere with the service purposes of a dog accompanying or assisting
any person with a disability or any dog used for any police, fire
or other public safety purposes.
K. Any person that fails to comply with the regulations of this section will be subject to the immediate removal of the owner or handler and his or her dog(s) by the Aspinwall Police Department and will also be subject to the imposition of penalties set forth in §
16-110 of this Part.

Glass containers including, but not limited to, glass bottles
and jars, are prohibited in any Borough park.

No person shall operate or possess a motorized vehicle, bicycle,
trail bike, scooter, or similar vehicle in any Borough park, except
in designated parking areas. This section shall not apply to equipment
owned or operated by the Borough or its agents.

No person shall work on, clean, polish, grease, lubricate or
otherwise make repairs on any motor vehicle in any Borough park, except
that emergency repairs of a minor nature necessary to enable the motor
vehicle to operate may be made.

No person shall play golf, or possess golf balls or clubs, in
any Borough park.

No person shall carry a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other
lighted smoking device at Aspinwall Recreation Field and Playground.

The hours that all Borough parks will be open shall be set by
Council of the Borough of Aspinwall from time to time as deemed necessary
by the Council of the Borough of Aspinwall. Without the written permission
of the Manager or his designated representative, no person or motor
vehicle shall be permitted within any park after the established hour.

All playgrounds, playfields, basketball courts and other recreational
centers which have been or hereafter may be established by the Borough
of Aspinwall shall not be used for for-profit purposes unless a permit
is obtained from the Borough Manager or their designee.

1. Any person, firm or corporation who violates a provision of this
Part, or who fails to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements
thereof, shall be, upon conviction thereof, sentenced to pay a fine
of not less than $100 nor more than $600 for each violation, plus
costs, and in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment
to the extent permitted by law for the punishment of summary offenses.
2. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in
which a violation is found to exist or for each section of this Part
found to have been violated. All fines and penalties for the violation
of this Part shall be paid to the Borough Treasurer.
3. The Borough may also commence appropriate actions in equity or other
to prevent, restrain, correct, enjoin, or abate violations of this
Part.

The Borough Council may establish, by resolution adopted from
time to time, a schedule of fees as shall be necessary for the use
and/or rental of Borough park and recreation facilities.

Consumption of alcohol at public parks, recreation centers and
other public gatherings occurring in the Borough shall be prohibited
unless a permit has been obtained from the Borough Manager or his
