§ 2-1 Position established; appointment authority.

There is established the position of Town Accountant, appointment to be made by the Selectboard, under the provisions of Chapter 41 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.[1]

§ 2-2 Abolition of Town Auditor.

The position of the Town Auditor is abolished.
