The Town shall, at the next Annual Town Election, nominate and elect a Board of Health to consist of three members, elected for one, two and three years respectively, and thereafter for the term of three years.

Editor's Note: This article also provided for the rescission of a prior vote which authorized the Selectboard to serve as the Board of Health.
Upon its election and qualification, the Board of Health shall have all the duties and obligations imposed upon it by law.
