A Health District (hereinafter to be referred to as the "Foothills Health District") is formed for the purposes of the appointment of a Health Officer.
Such district shall be operated under the provisions of MGL c. 111, § 27A, by a joint committee of the Boards of Health of the several towns comprising said district.
