The Town, in accordance with MGL c. 41, § 2, shall increase the number of members of the Board of Library Trustees from three to six members, the additional members to be elected at the next Annual Town Meeting and to hold office for the following terms: one for one year, one for two years and one for three years; thereafter, two members shall be elected annually for terms of three years.
