The Town voted to accept the provisions of the agreement establishing the Franklin County Technical School District as most recently amended on or about January 21, 1976, by the District Committee, said amendment having been accepted by all member towns, which agreement and amendment are on file with the Town Clerk. Subsequent amendments accepted by the Town are on file with the Town Clerk.[1]

Editor's Note: Former Art. II, Permanent School Building Committee, which immediately followed this article and was adopted 4-10-1988 ATM by Art. 24, was removed per the vote 4-28-1998 under Art. 8 to disband this Committee.
