The regular date of the Annual Town Election shall be the last Tuesday in April, and the Annual Town Meeting shall be held on the first Tuesday in June at 6:00 p.m.

When a two-thirds vote of Town Meeting is required by statute, the Moderator shall make a public declaration of the vote and a count need not be taken. If a vote so declared is immediately questioned by seven or more voters, the Moderator shall verify the vote by calling for a standing vote.
