Editor's Note: The codification of these regulations as Ch. 179, Art. I, of the Town Code was approved by the Selectboard.
In the interests of preserving and maintaining the historic value and to not affect current or future availability of any preservation funds to the Town of Whately, it is required that any group, committee, department or boards shall not add to, remove or alter any structural or nonstructural member or components of any buildings or property under the control of the Selectboard without prior approval of said Selectboard.
