For the purpose of safety and highway maintenance, all paper boxes, sticks, fences and related material must be three feet off of the traveled way wherever possible. It will not be acceptable practice to leave snow that has been shoveled, plowed or removed from a private road or driveway in the Town roadway. Violators will be fined.
