License fees shall be set for a full-year rate as established in § 114-24 for all licenses issued between January 1 and June 30 of each calendar year, and shall be reduced by 1/2 for licenses issued between July 1 and December 31 of each calendar year.
Each such license shall terminate at 12:00 midnight on December
31 next following its date of issuance.
