Thirty minutes before the scheduled start of each scheduled school day and up to 20 minutes after dismissal of school, the following restrictions regarding the direction of vehicular traffic shall be in effect:

The school district shall provide all signs identifying the restrictions set forth in § 265-44, which signs shall be approved by the Village's Superintendent of Public Works or Village Board. The school district may use permanent or temporary signs. If temporary signs are used, the school district will be responsible for their placement and removal.
