It is hereby declared that full-time Village employees shall be entitled to the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve DAY.
