All mobile home parks shall meet the density, area and bulk,
design, maintenance and operational standards set forth in § 220-2415
of the Malvern Borough Zoning Ordinance, shall comply with applicable
building codes, and shall conform to any other applicable standards
or requirements set forth in this chapter.
