The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of St. James a contract with the State
Highway Commission of Missouri providing for the installation, operation
and maintenance of a school crossing on Route 68 at Johnson Street,
a copy of which contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as is fully set out herein.[1]
