A streetlight assessment is hereby levied on a front foot basis on all property owners abutting dedicated Township streets whose property is located within 150 feet of a streetlight located within the corporate limits of the Township. Only that portion of the property within 150 feet of a streetlight will be used to calculate the assessment. Properties within 150 feet of more than one streetlight may be assessed on a front foot basis for each and every one of the lights benefitting the property.

The rate to be assessed per front foot shall be set forth in a resolution duly adopted by Board of Supervisors prior to December 31 of each year, with the assessment set forth therein applicable to the next calendar year.
