1. The Township Engineer or his assignee shall inspect all phases of
the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities.
2. During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines
that temporary or permanent erosion and sedimentation control or stormwater
management BMPs are not being implemented in accordance with the approved
stormwater management site plan and this chapter, the Township shall
revoke any existing permits until a revised stormwater management
site plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter.

1. During construction, duly authorized representatives of the Township
may enter at reasonable times upon any property within the Township
to inspect the implementation, condition or operation and maintenance
of the stormwater BMPs to investigate whether construction activity
is in compliance with this chapter.
2. BMP owners and operators shall allow persons working on behalf of
the Township ready access to all parts of the premises for the purposes
of determining compliance with this chapter.
3. Persons working on behalf of the Township shall have the right to
temporarily locate on any BMP in the Township such devices as are
necessary to conduct monitoring and/or sampling of the facility's
stormwater discharge.
4. Unreasonable delays in allowing the Township access to a BMP is a
violation of this part.
