Borough of Jim Thorpe, PA Article VI One-Way Traffic

§ 420-30 Cedar Avenue.

Cedar Avenue between its intersection with Center Avenue and South Avenue is hereby established as a one-way street, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Cedar Avenue between its intersections with Center Avenue and South Avenue other than in the direction from Center Avenue toward South Avenue.

§ 420-30.1 Front Street.

Front Street between its intersection with North Street and Center Street is hereby established as a one-way street, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Front Street between its intersections with North Street and Center Street other than in the direction from North Street towards Center Street.

§ 420-30.2 Second Street.

Second Street between its intersection with North Street and Center Street is hereby established as a one-way street, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Second Street between its intersections with North Street and Center Street other than in the direction from Center Street toward North Street.

§ 420-31 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates a provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.) for each provision so violated.
