§ 210-1 Limitations on number of vehicles stored.

No person shall have more than two unregistered cars or trucks stored outside on premises owned by him or under his control. See Table 4.2, Item M.[1]

§ 210-2 Storage in front yard prohibited.

[Amended 10-21-2019 STM by Art. 11

Under no circumstances will an unregistered vehicle be permitted to be stored in a front yard.

§ 210-3 Violations and penalties.

Penalty for a breach hereof shall be in accordance with Chapter 1, Article I, § 1-4 of these bylaws, and each day during any portion of which a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

§ 210-4 Exception.

This bylaw shall not apply to premises licensed under Chapter 140 of the General Laws.
