Council signifies and expresses its desire and intention to
organize an authority under an Act known as "Municipal Authorities
Act of 1945," approved May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, its amendments and supplements.

The said authority shall be organized for the purpose of acquiring, holding, constructing, improving, maintaining and operating, owning, leasing, either in the capacity of lessor or lessee, sewers, sewer systems or parts thereof, and sewage treatment works. [See also §

The name of the proposed authority is to be the Beaver Borough
Municipal Authority.

1. The proposed articles of incorporation of the said authority are
as follows:
A. The name of the authority shall be Beaver Borough Municipal Authority.
B. The Authority is formed for the purpose of acquiring, holding, constructing,
improving, maintaining and operating, owning, leasing, either in the
capacity of lessor or lessee, sewers, sewer systems or parts thereof,
and sewage treatment works, reservoir or reservoirs, tank or tanks
for water storage, water works, water supply works and water distribution
systems, and land facilities for parking spaces for the parking of
vehicles of any kind.
C. No other authority organized under the "Municipal Authorities Act
of 1945," approved May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, its amendments and supplements,
or under the act approved the 28th day of June, 1935, P.L. 463, is
in existence in or for the incorporating municipality.
D. The name of the incorporating municipality, together with the names
and addresses of the Municipal Authorities is as follows: . . .
E. The names and addresses and terms of office of the first members
of the Board of Beaver Borough Municipal Authority, all of whom live
in the Borough of Beaver and none of whom are members of the Borough
of Beaver Municipal Authorities, are: . . .
