The loading and unloading of goods, wares and merchandise is hereby restricted to such length of time as is absolutely necessary for the purpose of loading or unloading of such goods, wares and merchandise. For the purpose of enforcement of this section, such loading or unloading of any vehicle shall not be considered as parking; provided that, without having first obtained permission from the Chief of Police to do so, no person shall load or unload a vehicle from any place upon any street or alley in the Borough of Beaver where parking is prohibited; or shall allow a vehicle to remain, for loading or unloading, in any place upon any street or alley where parking is limited as to time, for longer than the time for which parking is permitted; or shall load or unload upon any street or alley in such a way that one lane for vehicular traffic shall not be kept open at all times. Where such permission is granted by the Chief of Police, he may, at his discretion, block off the portion of the street or alley affected by such loading or unloading.

On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.

Wherever a particular parking space shall be lined or marked off on any street or alley or upon the adjacent curb, every vehicle parked shall be parked within the lines marking such parking space. All vehicles parked on streets or alleys whether parking spaces are marked or not shall be parked only in the direction of the permitted traffic flow.
2. 
Parking shall be prohibited at all times by any vehicle which in any way will block the intersection of any street or alley or the entrance or exit of any street or alley. Parking shall at all times be prohibited within the painted line area adjacent to any fire hydrant; within the painted line area marking the permissible distance to park from any intersection; in any area where erected signs or painted lines indicate a "No Parking" area; in any manner so as to block any private or public driveway or access way to a parking lot or parking facility or other facility of the Borough of Beaver.

As used herein, the term "front yard" means the open space extending across the entire width of the lot between the front setback line and the street right-of-way line.

Notice of the purpose for which said zone is established shall be given by painting the handicapped logo upon the street surface at the space designated and by affixing metal or other sign showing said logo on the parking meter or upon its standard.

1. 
Except for the purpose of loading or unloading in accordance with § 15-301, or providing a service to an abutting property, it shall be unlawful for a person to park on any public street or public alley within this Borough any vehicle which is classified as a Class 4 through Class 8 as defined by the Federal Highway Administration. Exceptions to this can be made to Borough Council and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. 
Except as may have previously been expressly authorized as provided pursuant to § 15-301 above, the parking or emplacement within any public street or public alley within this Borough of any storage trailer or container, cargo trailer or container, portable "pod" or any similar unit or object, whether or not equipped with wheels, is prohibited.
3. 
A boat, camper, recreational vehicle (RV), or any other similar vehicle are permitted to be parked within any public street or public alley within this Borough no longer than 48 consecutive hours.
4. 
Anyone violating any part of the above will be guilty of a summary offense, will be fined, and will pay all costs of prosecution. The fine will be $50 per day and each day the violation occurs is considered a separate offense.

1. 
It is unlawful to park on any public street within this Borough a motor vehicle which does not display a currently valid registration plate issued by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. 
It is unlawful to park on any public street within this Borough a motor vehicle which does not display a currently valid certificate of inspection issued by an official inspection station duly appointed by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
3. 
It is unlawful to park on any public street within this Borough a motor vehicle which is not in condition for safe operation because of absent or defective equipment.

1. 
Offense defined. Any person who violates any provision of this Part is guilty of a summary offense.
2. 
Penalties. A person convicted of an offense under this section shall be sentenced to pay a fine as follows, plus all costs of prosecution:
A. 
For violation of § 15-303: $25.
B. 
For violation of § 15-304: $20.
C. 
For violation of § 15-305: $10.
D. 
For violation of § 15-306: by parking for more than two hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, on Third Street between Insurance Street and Beaver Street: $35.
E. 
For violation of § 15-306 by parking for more than four hours on Third Street between Dravo Avenue and Buffalo Street: $25.
F. 
For any other violation of § 15-306: $25.
