It shall be unlawful for any person to play at the game of golf
or to drive or hit any golf ball anywhere within any public square
or public park or area of the Borough, or to drive, hit or throw any
object or ball in such manner as to hit or endanger any person or
property in, on or adjacent to any public square, park or area of
the Borough.
It shall be unlawful to deposit any refuse anywhere in any public
park, square or area except in receptacles placed for the purpose
by the Borough.
It shall be unlawful for any person to pass time, loaf, loiter,
congregate or assemble in any part of the public parks, squares or
areas of the Borough of Beaver between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to
6:00 a.m. prevailing time.

Any person or group of persons who shall violate any of the
provisions of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty
of summary offense and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than $300; and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
