All park rules and regulations (where applicable), as set forth in Chapter 249, Parks and Recreation Areas, of the Town Code, shall apply to the use of the Community/Senior Center and Town Hall Gym.

Teenage groups must be chaperoned by at least one adult, or more as may be required by the Town Board, for every 20 youngsters.
The use of the Community/Senior Center or Gym by individuals and entities for private affairs or functions, such as birthday parties, showers, confirmation parties, wedding parties, wedding receptions, card parties, anniversaries, graduations and bar mitzvahs, and for fundraisers is allowed, pursuant to rules established by resolution of the Town Board. Use by individuals or entities for non-community and/or profit ventures is excluded.
Any use of more than one occurrence shall not be granted by the Town Clerk without the prior approval of the Town Board.
The Town Board has the right to cancel any approved application for the use of the Community/Senior Center or Gym when the use of such facility is deemed necessary by the Town Board for its agents or employees.
Only nonprofit and/or community organizations of the Town of Alden shall be permitted to use the Community/Senior Center or Gym for the organization's meetings or programs at no cost.
In addition, the applicant for the use of the Community/Senior Center or Gym shall comply with the general rules as established by resolution of the Town Board provided for the use and cleaning up of that portion of the premises used and shall be responsible for any damage or breakage resulting from said use.
All persons and/or organizations seeking a permit to use the Community/Senior Center shall file an application with the Town Clerk along with any required fee.
