ANCHORINGThat method of securing the unit as defined in applicable statutes.
MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOMEA transportable, single-family dwelling intended for permanent occupancy, contained in one unit, or in two or more units designed to be joined into one integral unit capable of again being separated for towing, which arrives at a site complete and ready for occupancy except for minor and incidental unpacking and assembly operations, and constructed so that it may be used without a permanent foundation.
MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOME LOTA parcel of land improved with the necessary utility connections and other appurtenances necessary for the erection thereon of a single mobile/manufactured home.
MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOME PARKFor purposes of this Part, a parcel or contiguous parcels of land which has been so designated and improved that it contains four or more mobile/manufactured home lots for the placement thereon of mobile/manufactured homes and for which rental or lease payments are charged in any way.
MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOME PARK PERMITA written permit used by the Zoning Officer and subject to annual renewal, permitting the mobile/manufactured home park to operate under this Part and other pertinent ordinances and regulations.
PARK MANAGEMENTThe person who owns or has charge, care, or control of the mobile/manufactured home park.
REFUSEAll putrescible and nonputrescible solids except body waste including, garbage, rubbish, ashes, and dead animals.
SKIRTA panel specifically designed for the purpose of screening the underside of a mobile/manufactured home by forming an extension of the vertical exterior walls of the mobile/manufactured home and covering the entire distance between the bottom of the exterior walls and the ground elevation below.
