Any person who shall violate any provision of Part 1A, including
failure to file required reports, filing inaccurate, untimely or incomplete
reports or for any other violation, shall, upon conviction thereof,
be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in
default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.

failure to apply for an occupancy permit or renewal thereof or failure
to submit to proper inspection or for any other violation, shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs,
to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation
of this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be
found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

For the purpose of this Part, each day a person is in violation
of any provision of this Part shall be considered a separate offense.
