This bylaw shall go into effect upon the adoption by the Board of Selectmen of a manual created by the Town Manager pursuant to §
34-1C.
The provisions of any collective bargaining agreement negotiated
between the Town and an employee group or union pursuant to the requirements
of MGL c. 150E, § 1 et seq., shall prevail over the provisions
of this bylaw and any actions taken pursuant to this bylaw.
Each provision of this bylaw shall be construed as separate,
to the end that if any part of it shall be held invalid for any reason,
the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
