There is hereby created a Recreation Board, to be known as the "Salisbury Township Recreation Board," under and pursuant to the Act of Assembly of June 24, 1931, P.L. 1206, Art. XXX, Section 3009 et seq., as amended.

The Board shall consist of seven members, two of said members to be appointed by the Board of the Salisbury Township School District and five of said members to be appointed by the Board of Commissioners of Salisbury Township.

Members of the Board shall be residents of Salisbury Township, shall serve without compensation, and shall serve such terms as the Board of Commissioners of Salisbury Township may provide in accordance with the Act of Assembly under which the Board is established.

The Board shall have all powers, and shall be subject to all responsibilities, conferred or imposed by the Act of Assembly under which it was established.
